Business details and evidence
Provide the business name, contact details, hours and any current credentials relevant to the work. Share job photos or customer comments only when you have permission to use them. Xomer can write the copy and source imagery.
Access and approval
Identify who controls your domain and existing website. Provide the access needed for the agreed work, and tell Xomer about brand or franchise restrictions. Review the finished site and approve publication.
What happens during the monthly service?
After launchXomer hosts and maintains the site, monitors availability and basic security, and provides one monthly performance report. The report informs one prioritized improvement cycle, alongside your requests.
Minor updates and the improvement cycle share up to two hours of implementation per billing period. Fixing a wrong service area or a confusing contact form can fit in that time. New pages, redesigns and integrations need a separate written quote that you accept before additional charges.
Each month you see how the site shows up in Google search and in AI answers for the searches we agree with you, and what changed. Xomer does not add visitor tracking unless you direct it in writing.
